    Angel Ciangi is Chief Insights Officer at Multicultural Insights, a multicultural research, and strategy firm specializing in understanding and interpreting the attitudes and behaviors of Hispanic and African American Gen Xers, Gen Ys and Gen Zs. She has been called a cultural fortune teller with the uncanny ability to turn creative insights into strategic business solutions. A consumer research and marketing strategist by training she’s worked globally for powerhouse brands from Levi’s, Honda and The North Face to Del Monte, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Vans, and Microsoft. As a passionate believer in social innovation through inclusion, she is now channeling her extensive knowledge into creating powerful connections between brands, organizations and the ever-growing multicultural population.

    Her past work has spanned industries and continents answering questions like: How can the outdoor industry be more inclusive? How can we solve the high school dropout dilemma? What is the future of footwear? What automotive features do women find most compelling? How do multicultural Millennials and Gen Zs differ from their white counterparts? Prior to Multicultural Insights, Angel was Head of Research for VF Corporation’s Innovation Center.

    In her free time, you'll find her skateboarding with her son, trading Spotify playlists with her husband, and eating her way through the East Bay with friends.
