Aneto is the co-founder & CEO of Chatdesk, an enterprise software and machine learning company in the customer support industry. Leading pet brands like BarkBox, Whistle, PrettyLitter and Fable use Chatdesk tools to analyze their customer feedback, scale their support and drive sales.
The free Chatdesk Trends dashboard has machine learning models specifically designed for pet companies. Companies use the tool to get all their customer feedback from email, chat, social, reviews, surveys in one place and easily identify product defects and opportunities to improve website conversion and subscriber retention.
Prior to Chatdesk, Aneto worked at Google for 7+ years as a Product Manager working on products like Voice Search and the Google Assistant. Earlier in his career he held roles at McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and Silicon Valley startups. Aneto holds a BS and MA from Stanford University where he was a Mayfield Fellow.
