Andy Ann is the founder and CEO of NDN GROUP, a digital media and advertising firm established in 2002. He has guided NDN to become an expanding and profitable enterprise with a diversified group of global clients in the consumer products, telecommunications and entertainment industries. He provides expertise in new media, digital advertising, and marketing solutions necessary to achieve a powerful and unified brand presence on digital advertising. Andy also founded Darizi.com, a Web 2.0 wedding portal for China. In 2008, Andy founded Hot Mob, which is now one of the leading mobile advertising companies in Hong Kong with over 4 billion mobile impressions.
Andy graduated from University of British Columbia in Canada and he acquired his EMBA degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Over the years he has been awarded with several honours including being named as Hong Kong's Top 10 Innovative Entrepreneur in 2005, Winner for Innovation and Creativity by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce in 2006, Young Entrepreneur Winner of the DHL and SCMP Hong Kong Business Award in 2008 and Young Entrepreneur Winner by Piaget in 2013.
