Andric is a user experience designer with a passion for improving the human condition.

Working with technology, what excites him the most is the superpower to unlock the abilities of technology for humans who can’t code, in a language they can understand. He believes that many of our problems in the next few decades lie at the front end – it’s not that technology needs to improve, but the way that it works for us.

Through his freelance design practice and experience launching his own web products, he’s had an intimate view into the different roles designers could play in identifying the right problems to solve with technology. It’s through this lens that he’s come to treat every user experience as a relationship between a person and a computer to be nurtured, rather than a picture to be painted. As a formally-trained communicator, he’s also worked on many diverse creative projects as a graphic designer, arts event organizer, writer, and front-end web developer.
