Andrew is a Los Angeles native, born in Malibu, CA. Throughout his life he has defied the odds, even having Malibu High School's "Andrew S. Kramer Inspirational Award" named after him. Best Buddies Jobs assisted Andrew in finding work as an administrative clerk at ICM Partners, a talent and lit agency in Los Angeles. Andrew will celebrate his one year anniversary at the company this month and has quickly become an integral part of the company whether he's scanning and filing in the HR department or greeting each and every assistant by name on his mail runs. Outside of work, Andrew is also a Best Buddies Ambassador and a 6-time Tennis medalist in special olympics! Andrew's motto is "work hard and always improve yourself", right in line with the mission at General Assembly!
