Originating at Sydney’s Star Casino as a Business Development Executive, Andrew’s client-portfolios boasted individuals with net-worth from $1M+ to $1B+ (including figures like Katie Perry and Justin Timberlake).

Later pursuing an athletic-entrepreneurial talent in urban dance in 2016, Andrew would serve as artist to highly popular K-pop celebrities such as Monsta-X (4.6m+ Instagram followership), lead a hand-picked team to 2nd place at renowned Australia-wide competitions, and establish himself as key authority, choreographer and leader across Sydney’s street dance community and culture.

He now consults and grows talent acquisition at Autumn Compass, a burgeoning and fast-paced FinTech firm.

In 2020’s COVID-19 panic, Andrew co-founded Invivify by uniquely crafting a resume writing methodology derived from sales, recruitment, and even formal logic principles.
