Andrew Chang is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Eastern Foundry, where he assists startups around the country tackle the challenges of the federal procurement market. He is also an active angel investor in early stage technology companies including Streetshares, ProctorFree, Stabilitas, ARMR Systems and InKind.
Andrew comes from an Intelligence and Cybersecurity background including stints as a Counter-Intelligence Company Commander in the US Army, Lead for Cybersecurity and Intelligence at venture backed cybersecurity firm, Endgame and as a consultant to cyber-analytics firm Novetta.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Andrew also currently serves as a Limited Partner with TFX Capital and is on the Board of Advisors for Sandboxx and ARMR Systems.
