Andrew Chang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Eastern Foundry, where he assists startups around the country in tackling the challenges of the federal procurement market. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications such as the Federal Times, Federal Technology Weekly, Fox News Channel and Defense One. He is also an active investor in Veteran-owned startups through TFX Capital.
Andrew comes from an Intelligence and Cybersecurity background including stints as a Counter-Intelligence Company Commander in the US Army, Lead for Cybersecurity and Intelligence at venture backed cybersecurity firm, Endgame and as a consultant to cyber-analytics firm Novetta.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Georgia and generally doesn't speak for several days after a Georgia Bulldogs football loss.
