As the Head of Talent at Kinnek, Andrew oversees HR, Recruiting, IT and Facilities - everything needed to keep the lights on and support a goring startup team of 55+. Prior to Kinnek, Andrew led recruiting for Foursquare's non-technical teams, supporting management in growing entirely new Sales and Operations teams, as well as growing Product and Design teams. After graduating UC Berekely with a BA in Anthropology in 2008, Andrew started his career as one of Yelp's first 50 Salespeople. He moved to Yelp's recruiting team in 2010 where he doubled the size of Yelp's SF and NYC sales teams and supported the opening and scaling of Yelp's third office in Phoenix. Andrew has a lazy eye, likes Netflix and is a connoisseur of SoCal-style Mexican food.
