Andrew is the founder of Waimarie Investments, which was formed in 2006. The firm has a focus on private equity and early-stage investments in technology and information businesses. Previously, Andrew co-founded Aspect Huntley and grew the business to its current position as Australia’s leading provider of independent equities information and research. In July 2006 Aspect Huntley was sold to Morningstar, Inc (Nasdaq: MORN). Following the acquisition, Andrew served as CEO for Morningstar Australia and New Zealand from 2006-2010. Andrew is the chairman of the board of directors of Sharesight. He also devotes his time to other Australian startups including LegalVision and TimeBase.
