    Andrea founded BeVisible.soy, the career social network for Latino Millennials, which has gained national exposure and has been featured on CNBC, Elle Magazine, Vibe, and Forbes, among others.

    After earning a degree from Harvard Law School, Andrea served as the associate director of the Center for the Advancement of Hispanics in Science and Engineering Education. She later practiced corporate law at Debevoise & Plimpton, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and Microvest Capital Management. She also represented numerous state and local government entities as a finance attorney in New Mexico and taught commercial law as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Law School. When she moved to Boulder, she created Technolochicas, in partnership with Televisa Foundation and the National Center for Women in Information Technology.

    Andrea is considered a thought leader in diversity and inclusion issues. She is the author of several articles on these topics, and she is frequently invited to speak and moderate discussions on diversity in the workforce. Most recently, she is leading a diversity and inclusion roundtable with top CEOs in Colorado with Brad Feld and David Cohen.
