Anastasia Kessler-Dellaccio is the Director of Global Community and Career Engagement for the WeWork Creator Awards, a global initiative and philanthropy program from that awards money to entrepreneurs, small businesses, growing companies, non-profits, artists, and other creators who are thinking in new ways, building fresh projects, and achieving real change. Anastasia's role is to connect impactful companies and NGO's with great talent as well as engage the global community around this series of Creator Awards events and job fairs.

Previously, Anastasia co-founded New Leads Next Gen leaders, an initiative to help connect transitioning professionals to impactful opportunities specifically geared at those that worked in the election or within the Obama Administration. Anastasia was co-founder and Vice Chair of Foreign Policy Professionals for Hillary, a grassroots movement that engaged the foreign policy community though low dollar fundraising events and volunteer opportunities to help elect Hillary Clinton for President. Formally, Anastasia was the Director of Marketing and Communications for Sister Cities International, where she was responsible for helping to mobilize support and awareness around the organization’s mission of connecting people and communities around the globe in order to foster peace and understanding.

Before joining SCI, Anastasia worked at the United Nations Foundation leading and launching major projects such working with social entrepreneurs around the world, building global support around the post-2015 global goals, the Social Good Summit, +SocialGood and a global day focused on giving back called #GivingTuesday. Anastasia has won various prestigious awards for her work including a PR Award, a Global PR award, a Sabre, a Big Apple and an International Cannes Lion.

Anastasia is a philanthropist, serial connector and strategist and currently sits on the Clinton Foundation 20/30 Millennial Program National Leadership Committee, was a member of the National Finance Committee for Hilary for America, the Steering committee for the Women's Leadership Forum of the DNC, on the advisory board and currently chairs the Millennial Action Project, a women's committee member for the Washington Ballet, a UN Foundation +SocialGood Connector, a Young Professionals in Foreign Policy Global Leader, a Truman National Security Project Political Partner, and a leadership committee member for the Digital Diplomacy Coalition. Anastasia is co-founder of Dolci Gelati, an artisan all natural gelato company based in Washington, DC. Anastasia is in charge of marketing, communications, philanthropic giving and the overall development and growth of the brand.
