Amy Cherette leads all technical recruiting at Patreon, a start up in San Francisco that aims to help artists & creators generate a sustainable income. Since joining Patreon, Amy has watched the team grow from about 30 employees to over 70. Amy is responsible for hiring for all engineering, data science and product & design teams and is also very involved with diversity and inclusion hiring efforts. When Amy isn't working, you can find her working on her own creative endeavors; namely, engineering musical projects for clients or making beats in her bedroom.
