As a top-producing REALTOR® in Denver from 2000 to 2007, Amy Bayer averaged more than $10 million in annual sales but inherently knew there was a better way to conduct business. She believed in a company based upon a culture emphasizing long-term, authentic relationships—a real estate company that looks at real estate in a different way—one totally committed to the client and that gives back to the communities they serve.
In 2005, Amy and her partner Carol Freyer Bayer founded PorchLight Real Estate Group to raise the bar in the real estate industry. By instituting the highest level of agent education and training standards, the pair created a sophisticated infrastructure unlike any in the real estate industry.
What began as a two-woman team is now an elite real estate group of more than 150 full-time agents. In 11 years, PorchLight has risen to the top three in Denver market share and is arguably the most tech-savvy brokerage in Colorado.
