Amie Dabu is a data collection researcher at Amazon with Lab 126, specializing in computer vision machine learning. Prior to Amazon, Amie was a research assistant and coordinator at Google, focusing specifically on Google Cloud Platform users and and other technical product areas such as Firebase, and Android studio. Formal education-wise, she received her Masters in Design Research at Arizona State University, as well as her her undergraduate degrees in BA Design Studies and BS Sustainable Materials & Technology. When Amie isn’t getting her hands dirty in UX, she’s a house and breakbeat DJ and regularly plays at venues like Kremwerk and Monkey Loft.
