Amenity joined the City of Austin after years of neighborhood activism led her to appreciate the potential impact of technology on civic communication and engagement. As a User Experience Designer with the Communication and Public Information Office, she works to increase empathy and efficiency through thoughtful research, analysis, and design. Amenity has a Master of Science in Geospatial Technology and dreams of the myriad ways maps and geodata will transform the City’s digital services.
