Amber Hartley currently serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer for BurstIQ, a Denver-based startup that has developed the first enterprise-level blockchain platform for health data. The company works with health systems, insurers, digital health providers, B2B service providers, and government entities to help them securely manage, share and monetize data-driven products and services. Within her role at BurstIQ, Amber oversees partnerships, marketing, legal, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining BurstIQ, Amber ran the Center for Healthcare Innovation and led corporate strategy for the CHI Institute for Research and Innovation, both at Catholic Health Initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience leading business development and strategy in high tech, biotechnology and healthcare. Amber has a B.S. in Animal Physiology & Neuroscience from University of California at San Diego and a Master of Biotechnology from San Jose State University.
