She ascended the ranks to become their Director of HR for their Real Estate and Hospitality division, and is now a Senior HR Consultant for Turning the Corner on a mission to help people love their jobs. She is passionate about ensuring teams are in environments where they feel valued, be their best selves, and make a positive impact on the organization. Amanda has extensive experience in a wide array of HR functions including talent & leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, team building & engagement, culture work, change management, employee relations, compliance & employment law, and compensation. She has worked in both the corporate environment and operations where her ability to think strategically and build relationships with people on all levels has led to her continued success.
