Alyssa Ordu is a Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant.

In her Digital Marketing Consulting, she creates strategies for socially conscious businesses that grow social channels, leverage influencers for PR awareness and SEO benefits, and helps companies better communicate with their global audiences. Her focus in Marketing is to help people drive results by making meaningful human connections. As a D&I Consultant, she delivers anti-racism training on a range of topics, including how to find and fight bias, how to optimise for inclusion and overcoming imposter syndrome with a growth mindset.

Her sessions are intersectional in nature, to help people understand how they can use their privilege for good and be better allies to colleagues whose lived experiences and struggles they may not share. She is particularly passionate about teasing out what gets in the way of building truly inclusive teams. She has delivered training in a range of organisations, from Amazon, Airbnb, SKY, SnapChat, Stella McCartney, Soundcloud, Pioneer DJ, SEEDRS, Black Young Professionals Network to the NHS.
