Her role focuses heavily on exercising empathy to understand root cause customer challenges alongside data exploration to make connections between processes, technology, and solutions. Her career journey has been shaped heavily through the discovery of her superpowers – a growth mindset, insatiable curiosity to learn and an introverted personality. With those superpowers comes great responsibility, with Alyce investing heavily in the development of the next generation of product marketers, launching LinkedIn’s PMM Partner Program – an internal mentoring program to transform non-marketing employees into product roles. Beyond her love of product marketing, Alyce enjoys spending her time living in Singapore with her partner and three cats.
