Ally Watson, .NET developer at digital agency Deepend, passionate about the marriage of creativity and technology. Coding websites by day she spends her evenings and weekends working on the highly successful ‘Code Like a Girl’ initiative that she founded last year to provide girls with the support, tools and knowledge to enter and flourish in the world of coding. Winner of the education category at this year’s Tech Diversity Awards and nominated in the B&T Women in Media 2016 awards; Ally’s efforts in increasing diversity in tech have not gone unnoticed and is something she is extremely passionate about continuing together with her career in tech.
