She was previously the founder of Neighborsations, a DC startup, a professional community builder at the University of Michigan, and Managing Director at the Israel on Campus Coalition. Allison co-organizes the Ember DC meetup, is very active in DC Rug and Arlington Ruby, and will be speaking about mentorship at Ruby Nation. Allison also loves to cook and bake in her spare time.
