Allison Keavey is an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Wayfair, overseeing Campus Recruiting for the Boston-based tech company. Beginning in July 2018, Allison will transition to a new role as Head of Talent Management for Corporate.
Previously, Allison worked for CastleGate, Wayfair’s fulfillment arm, where she focused on business development and account management for housewares suppliers. Before joining Wayfair, Allison worked as Senior Director of City Management for tech beauty startup Manicube, and led business development efforts for Wellcoin, an early-stage health and wellness company. Allison spent the early part of her career in finance and TV, most notably working as a producer for CNBC’s morning show, "Squawk Box." Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her AB from Harvard College.
