She previously served as the head of marketing and planning for EarthX's E-Capital conference, working to pair institutional investors and government stakeholders with cleantech start-ups. In her role as Memberships Manager at Capital Factory, Allison helps to equip entrepreneurs and start-ups with the resources and tools they need to take their businesses to the next level, and promote community engagement across the Capital Factory ecosystem.
