Allison Chess is a designer and creative director with expertise in visual design and brand storytelling. Throughout her career, she's used the power of design to solve complex business problems, while shaping meaningful brands through sound strategy to reveal what makes them unique and relevant. She believes building a strategic framework is the key to successful design. When strategy is joined with talent, intuition and experience, design can lead to tangible value and further opportunities. In her role at GA, she hopes to embolden designers new to the field through inspiring them to take risks, experiment, and to embrace failure as part of the design process.

Allison holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland College Park and is an alumnus of Milton Glaser’s Design Intensive Program at the School of Visual Arts.
