Allison started her working life in insurance but it wasn’t until she moved into the tourism & leisure industry followed by becoming a recruitment consultant that she learnt the art of negotiation, persuasion and sales. She now has over 20 years’ experience working within the recruitment and HR Arena and is currently the Head of HR for a Japanese Investment Bank.
