Allison is the founder of Upbeats fitness studio in Seattle (and now online). After years of being a group fitness instructor by night and marketer by day, she opened Upbeats in late 2019 with a passion for group fitness, music, and community. In 2020, she pivoted the business to a hybrid service model with online options. Allison currently splits her time between the studio and marketing consulting, as well as enjoying Seattle with her husband and their husky.
