Alison has been in technical recruiting for five years in both agency and corporate environments in Silicon Valley. She currently works at Facebook on the Data Center Recruiting Team where she supports the growth of the Data Center Strategy team. Her focus on building a community of recruiters in the Bay Area has helped expand her network and led to her co-founding the Silicon Valley Recruiters Association in 2015

She volunteered as Leadership Coach and Mentor for Braven, a non-profit focused on solving the education to employment gap across the nation.
