Alisha’s motivations for entering the world of sweets is plain and simple, she's driven by FUN! She celebrates every occasion big & small - and what better way to be involved in those occasions than by bringing cake to the party! 5 years ago, at age 19, she left a Journalism degree behind, to pursue her dream of becoming the new Martha Stewart (minus the jail time).

Alisha has a background as a performer, swapping her pom-poms for a pair of oven mitts, she now dances her way through the kitchen on a daily basis. She has shared her sugar rush from its very beginnings on Instagram, building an audience of almost a quarter of a million followers. In that time, Alisha has cemented herself as an industry leader, teaching keen bakers Australia wide & setting new sugar trends.
