AI-First Product Management
This course is designed to help learners build the product management skills companies are looking for today by blending proven PM practices with the power of AI.
Alice is a data educator who believes that good analytics starts with understanding the story behind the numbers, a perspective shaped by her early days hand-keying survey responses and conducting content analysis for research projects.
Throughout her career in the government and finance sectors, Alice focused on making messy, manual processes cleaner and more automated. Whether developing automated data-checking tools for employee records, building compliance dashboards, or implementing Python and Power Query workflows to cut down reporting time, she gravitated toward practical solutions that made data more reliable and accessible.
This focus on practical application led her to the General Assembly ecosystem. Alice first joined as a student in 2018, later returning in 2023 to support learners across data science, analytics, and software engineering as an instructional associate. In 2025, Alice transitioned to a co-Lead Instructor role, specialising in teaching data analytics to career-switchers and professionals. Drawing on her background in economics and communication research, she breaks down technical topics into clear, logical steps.
Alice holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from SMU and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from NTU.
