Ali Smith is the General Manager of Hunt Club based in Chicago. She is responsible for partnering with Hunt Club's clients and candidates to deliver white glove recruiting services across a broad range of industries and functions. She leverages her unique understanding of talent acquisition, assessment methodology, and organizational development to advocate and recruit on behalf of her clients.
Ali has worked with Fortune 500, private equity, and early-stage companies in a range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and technology. Her experience includes traditional global retained executive search as well as cutting edge sourcing strategy techniques.
Ali began her career in public accounting as a risk and compliance auditor covering financial institutions.
She holds a BS and MS in Accountancy from The University of Illinois.
