With nearly a decade of experience at agencies and in tech, Alexis Rhodes is a native of digital marketing. As the owner of her consultancy, Understudy Marketing, Alexis seeks to educate marketers on the pros and cons of ever-more granular data and tracking in a digitally-driven world.
Alexis began her career in media at digital agency Situation Interactive, managing campaigns for dozens of Broadway shows, and evolved into account service at BKV and Chemistry, eventually leading the multi-million dollar Marriott field account. From there, Alexis spent time helping lead digital strategy for the managed service, audience, and measurement products at Cardlytics, one of the nation's fastest-growing tech startups (and a Ponce City Market neighbor!).
Clients have included The Home Depot, Marriott, Target, Under Armour, Olive Garden, PetSmart, McDonald's, Verizon, Longhorn Steakhouse, Spotify, Chipotle, Comcast, and many more. Alexis is an active public speaker and local trainer, instructing professionals on everything from the basics of banners to the details of data.
