When it comes to data and analytics, Alex Welch is a passionate technologist, analyst, and leader. Over the past 8 years Alex has worked in the analytical space across a variety of functions and industries. Alex is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at OptionsHouse, a financial broker which was recently acquired by ETrade for $750 million. Currently overseeing the transition he is looking forward to his new role at ETrade as the Director of Business Analytics.
He also has done work as a consultant, helping both non and for profit companies get off the ground with data.
When not working, he can be found running, hacking together some program, traveling or relaxing with his Holland Lop Eared rabbit Zoso.
