Alex is Head of Growth at Capital on Tap - a fast-growth FinTech lender that provides business credit cards to small businesses. As Head of Growth Alex is responsible distribution channels, optimising onboarding processes and increasing value from our existing customer base, which entails commercial considerations such as pricing as well as product improvements. Alex has a background in finance, management consultancy and ran his own e-commerce start-up before starting at Capital on Tap as Head of Operations.
