Alex Garcia is a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright, Media & Brand Protection practice. Alex counsels clients of all sizes in trademark, copyright and related intellectual property matters. Alex assists clients in the selection, clearance and maintenance of trademarks, both in the United States and abroad. He also frequently represents clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has successfully represented clients in both trademark and copyright litigation proceedings. He also counsels clients in domain name registration and enforcement strategies, including acquiring infringing domains through Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
