He has analyzed call center operations at Capital One, email marketing and pricing at Wayfair, mobile marketing and business intelligence at Fiksu, and is currently a Sr. Product Manager at American Well where he uses analytics to increase conversion rates, improve page speeds, and drive overall growth of the consumer business. He believes that analysis should lead to actionable results and this has brought him into many roles and projects focused on optimization.
