Alan is Chief Growth Hacker at Sydney incubator BlueChilli, where he’s responsible for advising and mentoring startup entrepreneurs on the basics of lean startup product development and marketing. A Startmate mentor and investor, as well as an investor in Pollenizer's incubator fund, Alan is also an active angel investor here, in the US and in Europe, with current investments including ScriptRock, OtherLevels, BugHerd and Chromasun. Alan’s startup digital agency The New Agency was acquired by BlueChilli in 2012. Previously, he was Product Director, South Asia for Yahoo!, Inc. and Chief Product Officer of online video startup HomeScreen Entertainment.
