Director APAC Product Management – Big Data & Analytics, Oracle

Currently Alain Floch is Director APAC Product Management for Oracle Big Data & Business Analytics solutions with a main focus on Self Service Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Cloud and Mobile Solutions for Business Analytics.
In this role Alain is responsible for rolling out new product releases in APAC and assure that the right Go To Market Initiatives and Enablement are provided to the APAC Business Analytics teams.
Alain also provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the Oracle Business Analytics teams and is a regular speaker at marketing events on Business Analytics and Big Data.
Prior to this role, Alain was APAC Director of Oracle Business Analytics Centre Of Excellence (COE). The Business Analytics COE team was responsible for providing enablement and support to the APAC Business Analytics Sales & Solution Consultants teams and to facilitate xLOBs collaboration and for delivering industry / business solution sales plays.
Prior to this, Alain was APAC Solutions Director for Oracle Business Analytics (EPM, BI & Exalytics) solutions. He joined Hyperion in 1998 and Oracle in July 2007 through the acquisition of Hyperion by Oracle; prior to joining Hyperion he worked at Business Objects in France.
Alain had multiple consulting and sales consulting roles with Hyperion and Oracle. He has over 15 years experience in selling and implementing enterprise Business Analytics solutions in multiple industries worldwide.
