Akanksha brings over 12 years of experience in technology and data science, having built and led data and tech teams from the ground up at companies like Twitter, Spotify, Rakuten, and Adobe. She has also worked as a data science researcher at the National University of Singapore.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of the data landscape, from data project management, data engineering and analytics to predictive modeling, machine learning and experimentation. Akanksha has a proven track record of establishing and scaling data teams within organizations, as well as coaching and mentoring talent.
Currently, she is the co-founder of Novela, a company developing AI-driven simulations for digital marketing. In addition, she consults with various companies and startups to address their data challenges.
