AI-First Product Management
This course is designed to help learners build the product management skills companies are looking for today by blending proven PM practices with the power of AI.
Aimi Hino brings with her a varied experience and perspective from healthcare, start-up, corporate and consultancy. Starting off as a registered nurse and working her way up into management, Aimi founded a health technology start-up that aimed to provide patients with preoperative education and support, while delivering to private practices a way to manage fasting compliance and post-operative rehabilitation. Building on the fly, Aimi learned how to manage an overseas development team, maintain financial budgets and grow a backlog, all the while working full-time in her hospital role. Three years after its inception, the start-up came to a slow halt, but this was all the beginning for Aimi’s next career chapter into business, technology and design.
Fast-forward to today, Aimi has taken up different roles with an array of companies such as Medibank, Mercer, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Bupa Dental, Click Frenzy, and more. She managed and grew a community of healthcare designers and enthusiasts from 50 early adopters to 400+ members. An accumulation of these experiences has led to an expertise in design, research, product management and commercialization.
