Aileen is a product and operations professional with 8+ years of experience in sales, product, customer support, and strategy & operations. She has worked in the digital media, ad tech, and SaaS industries at companies including Google, BuzzFeed, and The Huffington Post. Aileen graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship.
Currently, Aileen is a Global Product Lead at Google working on ads sales tools to support Google’s SMB ads sales teams. Beyond her day-to-day role, she has a deep passion for social impact and disability inclusion and has served as a mentor in the Lime Connect Foundations and Google BOLD internship programs. She is a past Coca-Cola Scholar, Lime Connect Fellow, and Prudential Spirit of Community finalist.
In her free time, Aileen is a passionate home cook, functional potter, beginner rock climber, and outdoor adventurer.
