Aiko Yonamine is a golden retriever mom, daughter, sister, friend and author of a mindfulness wabi-sabi blog titled Ramen Girl Don't Hesitate. At OSU College of Medicine, she has served as a learning experience designer, facilitator, diversity and inclusion champion, and advisor. Aiko collaborated and built a community of entrepreneurs and artists as a board member of the Columbus, Ohio chapter of PechaKucha, a 20x20 storytelling format captivating people worldwide.
She is currently a barista at Starbucks, committed to her customers experiences and the partners' success on her team. In the next chapter of her career, Aiko aspires to empower businesses to build happy and healthy, high-performing heart-centered teams creating impactful customer relationships.
