With over eight years recruitment experience in Australia and Europe, Adele is a pro at identifying and securing talent across both technical and executive roles. Before joining Antler, Adele was the talent acquisition lead at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Digital Ventures, the innovation arm of BCG. There she led the recruitment strategy and execution for Southeast Asia.
