    Adam is the co-founder of The Food Loft, a co-working community for food and food-tech entrepreneurs in Boston. He has been actively engaged in the food-tech arena for almost 10 years as an investor and advisor. He has built a robust network that touches on hundreds of food-tech entrepreneurs, startups, investors and innovators. He has deep subject matter expertise in food, and is a co-founder of Food Loft Ventures, the company's investment arm, where he sources early-stage funding opportunities.

    Adam is a frequent speaker on a variety of food-tech topics. Most recently, he was part of a panel at SXSW exploring the future of food innovation and startups. Separately, he serves as a Director and incoming Chairman of the Board for the International Association of Culinary Professionals, a leading organization for food media professionals.
