Adam has a breadth and depth of knowledge that makes him hard to pigeon hole. He began his career as "web designer’ bridging the worlds of software and interface design, which he continues to do to this day. After experiencing a successful agile transformation first hand he became an advocate of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
During his career Adam has worked in government, education, real estate, retail, telecommunications and financial services. Working with these organisations he has taken on many roles including interface designer, quality analyst, tech lead, iteration manager and Agile coach for a variety of projects ranging from bespoke software development, to Agile transformations.
Adam’s current work involves, organisational design and introducing Lean governance to a major financial institution.
