Adam Baugh contributes to creating opportunities for Andbox to celebrate the gaming and esports communities in the New York City area, as well as beyond. This is done through a multitude of initiatives and events that bring people together to compete, learn from one another, and share their collective passion, with the Andbox Spring Rally and Game Day being two recent, and premier, examples. Prior to joining Andbox, he worked at Tespa, Blizzard Entertainment, and Esports Heaven in a variety of areas, including community management, on-air talent at events, and content creation. He also co-founded Rutgers Esports, the collegiate esports organization at Rutgers University. Currently, he's rekindling his love for Starcraft II and trying to get out of Iron in VALORANT.
