My path into Tech tends to be coined as a "career pivot," but I think of my journey as less dramatic and intimidating than that—Instead, my winning formula has been to simply stack and mature skills that will facilitate any of your ambitious dreams.
Highly desired industry skills like communication, problem-solving, and initiative are proud abilities I honed in my previous customer-focused experiences. These skills played a significant role in helping me win half the battle when I set out to become a software engineer.
