ABA KWAWU is the founder and President of TAA PR, formerly known as The Aba Agency. Since the agency’s inception, it has set the standard for results-oriented strategic communications, experiential marketing, branding, market research and social media services for new and established clients. Over the last 13 years, the agency has built an impressive track record of representing the highest profile fashion retailers, award-winning restaurants, boutique hotels, culture and lifestyle purveyors, and for upscale event productions.

Aba is the recent Regional Director for the Fashion Group International of Greater Washington, DC. The Fashion Group International is a global, non-profit, professional organization with 5500 members in the fashion industry including apparel, accessories, beauty and home.

Prior to founding the agency, Aba held marketing and public relations positions for Iceberg UK, Calvin Klein UK, United Colors of Benetton and Saks Fifth Avenue. She served as a member of the faculty at Howard University for six years where she taught full-time undergraduate courses in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing.
