Getting to know Aaron Vilaubi requires understanding the metaphor "I come as one but stand as 10,000". Born and raised in Los Angeles, Aaron wakes up and strives every day to become the best version of himself for the world as a way of saying "Thank You" to those "10,000" who have guided, supported, and believed in him throughout his life.
During the day, he wears that hat of Manager of Employer Relations within the Office of Career & Professional Development at Chapman University, and at night – as well as the early AM hours – wears the hat of Time Management & Optimization Coach for those wanting to become more efficient and productive with their day.
He holds a Masters in Leadership Development, has 6 years of experience with one of the nation’s leading youth leadership development nonprofit organizations, HOBY (Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership), and was a former 4-year collegiate athlete at Chapman University.
