Aaron McCloud is a self-taught software engineer from Bainbridge Island, WA. He started coding in college, and after majoring in Classical Chinese broke into the Seattle tech scene working on high-profile projects at Amazon and Microsoft. Now working at a startup, he gives talks on how to become a professional software engineer at Seattle Central Community College and recently worked on Justice Yu and Justice Madsen's successful Washington State Supreme Court re-election campaigns. In his spare time he enjoys fusion dancing, weight lifting, martial arts, and reading any book that comes near him.
